In this role, you will report to the Vice President GM Canada Operations and manage all aspects of contract administration. Your expertise will be crucial in meeting ITB obligations and ensuring alignment with government and corporate standards.
Collaborate across multiple departments to address contractual risks while driving operational success.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage lifecycle and compliance of Defence contracts
Interpret contract terms and provide compliance guidance
Support negotiation and execution of change orders
Oversee major subcontract operations and personnel
Facilitate alignment with various organizational stakeholders
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or similar
At least 7 years of contract management experience
Robust knowledge of Canadian defence procurement
Valid negotiation skills and cross-departmental collaboration
Awareness of ITB commitments and federal compliance
