You will report directly to the HSE Manager and engage with stakeholders to enhance the safety framework. This position supports the production of the DHC-515 aircraft, promoting a protected work setting and fostering commitment to health and safety initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Improve H&S; programs specifically for DHC-515 assembly
Oversee compliance audits and manage risk assessments
Guide the implementation of safety training initiatives
Maintain incident management systems and reporting
Conduct ergonomic assessments and improve workspace safety

Requirements:
5+ years of program management level experience
10+ years in Health & Safety roles
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Direct experience with emergency response plans
Significant understanding of regulatory compliance
