You will be responsible for:
Diagnosing the cause of any malfunction on a customers vehicle
Performing appropriate repairs with accuracy and efficiency
Completing approved service on customer vehicles
Testing and adjusting vehicle systems to manufacturers performance specifications
Performing scheduled maintenance service, such as oil changes, lubrications and tune ups.
Advising customers and associates on work performed, general vehicle condition, and future repair requirements
Maintaining mechanical service equipment on a regularly scheduled basis
Operating company and customer vehicles in a clean and protected manner
Supporting customer relationships by responding to customer inquiries
