Key Responsibilities:
Manage consumer bankruptcy and proposal files effectively
Provide advice on bankruptcy laws and conduct debtor assessments

Identify and develop referral sources for practice growth
Requirements:
Fully Licensed Insolvency Trustee, multi-jurisdictional preferred
Chartered Insolvency and Restructuring Skilled designation
Solid understanding of insolvency rules and procedures
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple demands
Flexibility for evening work and travel as needed
