This role focuses on running day-to-day operations for install crews specializing in Windows and Doors. You'll ensure that all projects are well-prepared, overseeing job assignment and addressing any issues that arise. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining on-time completion and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage job assignments and scheduling for install crews
Confirm materials are ordered and available in office
Act as the in office leader for troubleshooting and support
Monitor quality metrics and project completion rates
Travel to various job sites in Western Ontario
Requirements:
Experience in managing installation crews or construction trades
Passion for hands-on work at job sites
Strong organization skills and valid driver’s license
Prior supervisory experience is preferred
Must be willing to travel in Western Ontario
