Your current role

As the Bilingual Host/Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and clients entering the office. You will provide front desk and administrative support while ensuring a welcoming and professional workplace experience.

Key responsibilities include:
Greeting visitors and maintaining a professional front-of-house experience
Answering and directing incoming phone calls
Assisting with general reception and administrative duties
Supporting meeting and office coordination activities
Utilizing Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Copilot, and basic Excel on a daily basis
Managing inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and sound judgment
Collaborating with internal teams to support day-to-day office operations

What you'll need to succeed




Fluency in both English and French
Previous experience in a receptionist, host, front desk, or administrative support position
Experience working within a corporate office environment
Strong customer service and communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Teams, along with basic Excel knowledge
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Critical thinking abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving
The ability to maintain professionalism while interacting with clients, visitors, and employees
