In this pivotal role, you'll be directly responsible for overseeing the Guest Services Department under the Guest Service Manager’s leadership. Your duties include training staff, managing guest check-in/out, and ensuring effective communication with all departments. Your efforts will ensure guests leave with lasting positive impressions of their experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise staff to provide 24/7 guest service coverage
• Coordinate registration and transportation for guests
• Implement training programs for front desk/concierge
• Ensure smooth execution of lobby ambassador functions
• Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
Requirements:
• Solid commitment to exceptional service
• Knowledge of guest services principles
• At least two years in a supervisory role within hospitality
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Strong organizational skills
