You will play an essential role in managing billing processes, responding to client communications, and maintaining compliance documentation. To excel, you must demonstrate excellent organizational skills while adhering to tight deadlines: month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes are key focus areas. Collaborating with the Finance team will be a pivotal aspect of your daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Finalize and distribute client invoices and adjustments
• Process PAD runs twice a month
• Handle client queries and maintain communication




• Organize and support compliance documentation for audits
• Maintain filing and deposit incoming cheques
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields
• At least 2 years in finance or accounting environments
• Experience with NetSuite is ideal but not mandatory
• Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize
• Understanding of payroll processes preferred
