As part of a 2-year term, you will work closely with the Centre for Teaching and Learning, supporting faculty and instructional teams. Your focus will be on creating effective, evidence-based teaching strategies and integrating AI to enhance learning outcomes. You'll also deliver professional development and foster cross-disciplinary collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate consultations on course and assessment design • Create accessible instructional resources for diverse needs • Design engaging workshops tailored to instructors • Collaborate to improve CTL programming and services • Stay updated on teaching and learning innovations
Requirements: • Degree in educational technology or related field; Master’s preferred • At least 3 years of instructional design experience • Strong understanding of evidence-based pedagogy • Expertise in digital learning tools integration • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
