This position leads and builds capacity for the development of healthy public policy, creating supportive environments, strengthening community action, and re-orienting health services. This position engages with other population health staff,



SHA departments, inter-sectoral agencies, and community partners to help set direction for population health promotion strategies, with an emphasis on addressing social determinant of health and increasing health equity. This position collaborates with the Manager regarding program development to ensure continuous improvement occurs using best practice information.
