As the Plant Controller, you will manage key financial operations, including budgeting, accounting, and compliance audits. Your analytical skills will be vital in providing strategic recommendations based on financial performance while ensuring adherence to Canadian GAAP. This position focuses on maintaining operational efficiency and capital expenditure monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee preparation of financial statements according to Canadian GAAP
• Develop and submit Year End Reporting Package




• Monitor accounts and manage cash flow projections
• Develop budgets and forecasts each month
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal controls
Requirements:
• University degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3-5 years in a manufacturing accounting role
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience
• Completed or pursuing CMA or CGA designation
• Solid detail orientation and analytical skills
