Be part of Mpac Langen Americas in Mississauga as an Automated Controls Designer. Engage in the critical areas of machine programming, debugging, and installation in the packaging industry.
In this full-time position, you'll work closely with Project Managers to deliver automated machinery efficiently. Your responsibilities include hands-on debugging, programming PLCs, and ensuring compliance with client specifications. You'll travel to customer sites to offer support during installations, ensuring machines function flawlessly across various markets including Pharmaceutical and Food & Beverage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct electrical debugging for Mpac machinery
• Prepare machines for FAT and validation testing




• Modify and deploy PLC programming as needed
• Collaborate with teams during commissioning stages
• Update electrical schematics in compliance with standards
Requirements:
• BSc or equivalent in Electrical Engineering
• Strong experience in automation and industrial machinery
• Knowledge of high-speed packaging machinery preferred
• Experience with AutoCAD Electrical
• Comprehensive understanding of Ontario safety standards
