This pivotal role guarantees the delivery of high-quality appraisals and supports our team in achieving key performance indicators. A solid foundation in estimating software such as Audatex and Mitchell is required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement the WOW (Wow Operating Way) operational plans
• Accurately assess vehicle damage and repair needs
• Assign tasks to body technicians based on expertise




• Procure parts and arrange necessary subcontracted services
• Oversee repair workflows and maintain client confidence
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent background
• 2+ years in collision repair estimating
• Familiarity with Audatex and Mitchell estimating programs
• Ideally I-Car Registered (Gold Class) or pursuing certification
• Robust attention to detail and communication skills
