Our client, a growing and well-established organization, is seeking a Vice President, Finance to join their leadership team. This is a high-impact onsite role for a senior finance leader who enjoys being close to the business, partnering with operators, and helping build structure, insight, and momentum across a dynamic organization.This role offers a strong mix of strategic involvement and hands-on leadership. You'll work closely with senior leaders across business units, lead the full finance and accounting function, and help ensure the business has the reporting, discipline, and financial visibility it needs to keep growing. If you're a CPA with strong technical depth, sound business instincts, and a style that is both practical and collaborative, this could be a solid next step.What You'll Be Responsible ForLead the full finance and accounting function across multiple business unitsPartner with leadership teams to support operational decisions, planning, and overall business performanceOversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activitiesPrepare timely, accurate reporting for senior leadership, the Board, and other key stakeholdersEnsure compliance with Canadian and U.S. tax and financial requirements, including transfer pricingStrengthen financial processes, controls,
