This role is permanent and requires at least four years of experience in emergency communications or a related field. As a leader, you will support the Public Safety Communicators and ensure they are operationally ready, creating a robust support system for emergency responders in Saskatchewan. Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and develop Public Safety Communicators

• Promote a supportive environment for emergency responders
• Provide guidance for operational performance and readiness

Requirements:
• Completed Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years of relevant experience required
• Ability to type at least 35 words per minute
• Must hold a valid Class 5 driver's license
• Successful completion of background checks necessary
