In this Supervisor role, you'll work closely with the Program Manager to ensure that home support services meet the highest standards in patient care throughout the North Shore/Coast Garibaldi area. Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily operations and home support activities
• Aid in the planning and coordination of services




• Develop and instruct staff on new care protocols
• Analyze budgets and compile performance reports
• Monitor staffing needs and create effective schedules
Requirements:
• Graduate of a recognized Licensed Practical Nurse program
• Three years' related experience with leadership roles
• Current registration with BCCNM
• Valid BC Class “V” Driver’s License
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities
