Strive is seeking an enthusiastic individual to contribute to the well-being of children and youth as a Casual Support Worker. This position requires hands-on experience with developmental delays and mental health issues, enabling you to deliver personalized care and guidance. Employees will work collaboratively in a supportive setting across various shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with youth facing diverse challenges daily
• Apply behavior management techniques effectively
• Maintain documentation and communicate with teams




• Assist with transportation to activities and appointments
• Follow individual health care and safety protocols
Requirements:
• Clean Class 5 BC Driver's License and insurance
• At least 1 year of experience with similar populations
• Certification in First Aid and CPR
• Criminal Record Check mandatory
• Training in Positive Behaviour Management preferred
