THE POSITION

We're hiring a Landscape Maintenance Technician for the remainder of the landscaping season, with the opportunity to transition directly into our winter snow removal team.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

- Driving with truck and trailer
- Lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing
- Garden-bed maintenance and weed control
- Hedge and shrub trimming
- Seasonal property cleanups
- Safe operation of commercial landscaping equipment
- Keeping trucks, trailers, and equipment clean and organized
- Completing work efficiently while maintaining high quality standards
- Communicating professionally with teammates, supervisors, and clients
- Transitioning into snow removal work during the winter season
- Shovelling, snow blowing, de-icing, and completing winter property checks
- WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Reliable, punctual, and ready to work
- Positive attitude and ability to work well with a small team




- Previous landscaping or snow removal experience is an asset, but we're willing to train the right person
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence and reliable transportation are a must
- Comfortable working outdoors in changing weather conditions
- Physically capable of lifting approximately 50 pounds and performing repetitive outdoor work
- Able to work independently and follow instructions
- Available for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and during snow events
- Robust attention to detail and pride in doing the job properly
