Location: Etobicoke, ON
Schedule: Monday to Sunday
Days Off: 1–2 days off per week, based on the supervisor's schedule
License: Valid G License Required
Job Responsibilities
- Drive customers safely to their homes or places of business and pick them up after their vehicle is repaired.
- Maintain a timely and effective shuttle route.
- Assist passengers with getting in and out of the vehicle.
- Use good judgment and safe driving practices at all times.
- Operate radio or other communication devices to communicate with the dealership or other vehicles regarding service disruptions.
- Maintain accurate records of trips, including passenger names and destinations/pick-up locations.
- Report any required vehicle servicing or maintenance to the dispatcher or service manager, including oil changes, tires, cleaning, and general maintenance.
- Maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
