MissionAs the site's Electromechanic, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability of the plastic processing facility and supporting day-to-day production.Your responsibilities will include: -Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electronic systems -Performing preventive maintenance on production equipment -Supporting predictive maintenance initiatives and continuous improvement projects -Developing and updating maintenance procedures when required -Managing spare parts inventory -Recording maintenance activities using the CMMS -Working closely with production teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment performanceThis position is approximately 60% mechanical and 40% electrical, offering significant autonomy within the maintenance department. Your profileWe're looking for someone who has: -DEP (or equivalent) in Electromechanics; -At least 5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience; -Valid C/E electrical license; -Solid troubleshootingskills in mechanical and electrical systems; -Experience using a CMMS; -Basic Microsoft Officeskills; -Fluent French and functional written English.You are proactive, analytical, organized and enjoy solving technical challenges in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Working Conditions: -Permanent full-time position -$44.31/hour starting wage -Day shift -Modern industrial facility -High level of autonomy -Stable manufacturing environment with a strong safety cultureOpportunity to contribute directly to equipment reliability and continuous improvement initiatives.
