Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist
Location: Ontario, CA

Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, GMP requirements, labeling standards, and retailer compliance guidelines
- Coordinate third-party laboratory testing programs and review test results
- Support FDA registrations, regulatory submissions, and compliance documentation
- Qualify suppliers and oversee GMP and social compliance audits
- Manage corrective and preventive action (CAPA) programs and quality deviations
- Lead quality and compliance activities associated with new product launches
- Review product ingredients, labels, packaging, and claims for regulatory compliance
- Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and implement necessary process updates
- Serve as the primary quality and regulatory contact for retail customers
- Maintain private-label, retailer, and regulatory documentation
- Partner cross-functionally with Product Development, Operations, Purchasing, Sales, and Suppliers
- Provide project status updates and proactively mitigate compliance risks

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Regulatory Compliance
- Experience within Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Cosmetics, OTC, Medical Device, or related industries
- Strong understanding of FDA regulations, GMP requirements, and compliance programs
- Excellent root-cause analysis and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
