Key Responsibilities:

- Interpret and understand tender drawings for large projects
- Perform quantity take-offs and cost estimations




- Prepare initial tender schedules for field staff
- Lead the tender management process independently
- Monitor active projects and provide cost evaluations

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or related field
- 7-10 years’ experience in construction estimating
- Familiarity with Design-Build estimates and bidding platforms
- Proficient in estimating software and MS Office
- Valid driver’s license and understanding of OPSS standards
