We are seeking a dependable, compassionate, and experienced individual to provide part time support for our elderly parents in Mississauga.

This position is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys working with seniors and understands the importance of helping older adults maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Drive our parents in their vehicle to medical appointments, grocery shopping, community activities, and places of worship
- Accompany them during appointments and errands when needed
- Provide companionship, conversation, and social engagement
- Accompany them on neighbourhood walks and outings
- Assist with occasional light household tasks and organization as needed

What We Are Looking For:

- Previous experience working with seniors, whether through caregiving, healthcare, senior services, community support, or similar roles
- Valid Ontario driver's licence with a clean driving record
- Comfortable driving our parents' vehicle
- Patient, respectful, dependable, and professional
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent references demonstrating reliability and trustworthiness

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience supporting older adults with transportation and appointments
- First Aid and CPR certification
- Vulnerable Sector Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)
- Experience as a PSW,



healthcare aide, senior companion, community support worker, or similar role
- Ability to speak Urdu, Hindi, Gujarati, or another South Asian language is an asset

Schedule & Compensation:

- Flexible part-time hours
- Approximately 5–10 hours per week, with the possibility of additional hours
- Competitive compensation based on experience
