Welders Wanted (2 Positions) – Arborg, MB – Full Time Tria Products Ltd. is hiring two welders to join our team in Arborg, Manitoba. This is full-time, year-round work in a busy fabrication and precast shop environment. What you'll be doing: MIG and/or flux-core welding on structural steel, rebar assemblies, and shop fabrication projects Reading and working from shop drawings and blueprints Cutting, grinding, fitting, and preparing material prior to welding Operating shop equipment safely (grinders, torches, overhead crane, etc.) Inspecting your own work for quality and following our QC procedures Keeping your work area clean and safe What we're looking for: Previous welding experience (shop or field)



— journeyperson or CWB ticket is an asset but not required for the right candidate Ability to read shop drawings Comfortable lifting and working on your feet in a shop setting Reliable, safety-minded, and able to work well with a small crew Valid driver's licence Legally entitled to work in Canada What we offer: Welders : starting at $20.00/hour, with raises as you gain experience and qualify. With experience : Starting 24$/hr , more as per experience and tickets.
