In this key role, you will work alongside the HR Director and Advisors to manage initiatives focusing on labor relations, policy development, and employee training. Your collaboration with various stakeholders will enhance Lincoln’s organizational objectives while ensuring compliance with relevant labor legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide HR consulting support to leadership across initiatives
- Manage employee onboarding and absence protocols
- Conduct investigations related to workplace concerns
- Deliver employee engagement and respectful workplace training
- Assist in preparing for essential services agreements
Requirements:
- Degree in human resources or equivalent experience
- 3 years within healthcare HR environments is essential
- 5 years' experience in a unionized HR role required
- Strong proficiency in HR software and Excel
- Explicit background checks required
