Family Support Nanny (Transitioning from 1 to 2 Children)

We are a warm, loving family looking for a compassionate and experienced nanny to support us as we transition from one child to two.

Initially, we’re looking for someone who is comfortable providing overnight support during the newborn stage. As our baby grows, the role would naturally transition into daytime support, approximately 4/6 hour shifts occasionally, helping care for our infant while also providing an extra set of hands with our toddler.

We’re looking for someone who is:

- Warm, patient, nurturing, and dependable.
- Experienced caring for both newborns and toddlers.
- Comfortable adapting as our family’s needs evolve.
- Able to work collaboratively with parents and provide support wherever it’s needed.
- Passionate about creating a safe, loving, and engaging workplace for children.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Early Childhood Education (ECE) certification preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of childcare experience preferred.




- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are an asset.

This role is less about sole childcare and more about becoming a trusted source of support during an exciting new chapter for our family. Whether it’s caring for the baby while we spend one-on-one time with our toddler, helping with both children, or simply making the day run more smoothly, we’re looking for someone who will become an important part of our family’s village.
