This role involves providing comprehensive healthcare services in the Well Child Clinic and Healthy Beginnings program. You will perform a variety of nursing tasks such as antenatal care, health assessments, immunizations, and counseling for families and children.
Collaborate with community agencies to ensure effective care and support for diverse populations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver antenatal and postnatal nursing services
- Conduct health assessments and screenings for families
- Provide immunizations and health promotion education
- Advocate and coordinate client referrals efficiently
- Document services accurately in an electronic record
Requirements:
- Active or eligible CRNA registration and practice permit
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
- Experience with diverse communities required
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills needed
- Ability to work independently and in teams
