Your role will include supervising Life Enrichment Assistants and enhancing the overall experience for residents. Key Responsibilities:
• Create engaging wellness and exercise activities
• Supervise and mentor team members and volunteers
• Plan community outreach and special events




• Adapt programming for residents with various needs
• Uphold safety and care standards within the community
Requirements:
• Relevant degree in Gerontology, Psychology, or related field
• Background in geriatric program facilitation
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities
• Current CPR and Food Safety certifications
• Ability to meet physical demands of the role
