This full time position at Northern Health involves providing targeted nursing care and case management for clients in diverse settings. As a Registered Nurse, you will implement treatment plans that enhance community engagement and minimize hospital readmissions. Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement tailored treatment plans for clients
• Conduct ongoing nursing assessments and interventions
• Work closely with community and emergency health services




• Maintain effective communication with clients and families
• Ensure care promotes social justice and inclusivity
Requirements:
• Active registration with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives
• At least 2 years of experience in mental health nursing
• Valid BC driver's license for travel
• Proficiency in effective communication techniques
• Ability to create trauma-informed care settings
