Key Responsibilities:
• Assess clients' skills and rehabilitation readiness
• Implement individualized treatment strategies and plans
• Conduct therapeutic groups and psycho-educational sessions
• Provide one-on-one counseling to aid recovery objectives
• Contribute to research initiatives and mentorship of students
Requirements:
• Registered with COTO and in good standing
• Master’s degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy
• 3 years of relevant experience in mental health
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills
• Appreciation for diversity in client backgrounds
