Regional Manager for St. Albert / Edmonton in Alberta .

We’re seeking an experienced

RRT or RPSGT

to step into the role of

Sleep Clinician and Regional Manager .

In this role, you will not only lead and support your clinic, but also remain actively involved in patient care by providing sleep consultations and guiding patients through their therapy journey. The role begins at one clinic and scales with you — with real potential to grow into regional leadership across multiple clinic locations.

Market-competitive salary:

$85,000 – $110,000+ per year (including bonuses)

Extensive Benefits Package , valued at approximately:

$4,300 in years 2–3

$7,300 in years 4–7





Growing to $14,700+ in year 12

Relocation allowance

available for qualified candidates relocating from elsewhere in Canada

What You’ll Do

Lead, coach, and develop high-performing clinical teams

Deliver outstanding patient experiences across multiple clinics

Provide sleep consultations and support patients through diagnosis and therapy

Oversee operations, staffing, and performance metrics

Drive consistency, quality, and a positive team culture

Build strong relationships with patients, teams, and partners

What We’re Looking For

RRT or RPSGT certification (required)

Proven work experience in sleep and respiratory care in Canada

Previous leadership experience can include senior clinician roles, mentoring, or team lead responsibilities

A confident, energetic, people-first leadership style

Passion for patient care and team development
