As the Invoice Specialist, you will assist the Controller while contributing to the overall financial health of TMGVC’s exciting projects across Canada. With at least three years of experience in project billing, you’ll be responsible for managing invoices, accounts receivable, and solving billing problems efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:



• Generate invoices for diverse projects accurately • Verify staff time entries and reconcile discrepancies • Monitor and manage accounts receivable processes • Work collaboratively to resolve billing issues • Help with various accounting functions as needed

Requirements: • 3+ years of project accounting or billing experience • Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office tools • Background in full-cycle accounting preferred • Experience in consulting or service industries is a plus • Strong organizational and communication skills
