In this role, you'll be responsible for payroll processing for both Canadian and U.S. employees while collaborating with various departments. You'll manage comprehensive benefits programs, reconcile payroll, and investigate discrepancies to enhance employee satisfaction. Your contributions will be essential for compliance and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure accuracy in bi-weekly payroll for all employees
• Handle year-end payroll activities and statutory reporting
• Administer total rewards and group benefits programs




• Coordinate all employee communications regarding perks
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives in payroll processes
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in HR, Business, or related fields
• 3-5 years of experience in payroll and benefits
• Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now or similar platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
