Optimize maintenance programs and lead groundbreaking initiatives.In this pivotal role at Cenovus, you will lead the integrated Shutdown, Turnaround, and Outage programs for significant assets like Foster Creek or Christina Lake. Your responsibilities include developing comprehensive five-year plans and budgets exceeding $100 million while ensuring production reliability and continuous improvement.



Solid leadership and communication are essential as you influence cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities:Manage integrated 5-year Turnaround and Maintenance plansDevelop models for production loss forecasting and decision-makingCollaborate with multiple teams to optimize maintenance objectivesIdentify opportunities for OPEX reduction and efficiencyProvide technical guidance to engineering teamsRequirements:Minimum of 12 years in the oil and gas industryBachelor's degree in engineering with a valid P.Eng. designationProficient in data analysis tools including Power BIStrong ability to facilitate stakeholder engagementExperience presenting to senior leadershipDrive performance improvements effectively while shaping the future of engineering at Cenovus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
