Activities Assistant – Bring Joy, Purpose & Connection to Seniors Activities Assistant | Senior Living Activities

Pay Range: 20.65 - 25.90

Employment Type: Casual

What You’ll Do:

- Assist in leading daily activities, events, and enrichment programs
- Encourage and support resident participation
- Help prepare activity calendars and newsletters
- Escort residents to and from programs as needed
- Maintain organized activity spaces and supplies
- Support volunteer engagement and community partnerships
- Document participation per regulatory guidelines
- Monitor resident engagement and communicate changes appropriately

You help create meaningful experiences that enhance resident well-being and strengthen community connections.

What We’re Looking For:

- High School Diploma/GED
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to lead small group activities
- Valid driver’s license (as applicable)
- Senior living experience preferred

This position is classified as a casual role.



Casual employees work on an as-needed basis with no guaranteed hours and are not considered permanent employees.
