Located in St. Joseph's Health System, this full time position involves working night shifts to provide care in the Pediatric Cardiac Intensive Care Unit. As an Advanced Practice Provider, you will work alongside a diverse team to ensure the best outcomes for patients in critical condition.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality care to pediatric cardiac patients
• Collaborate with cardiologists and surgical teams
• Ensure adherence to Medical Staff privileges
• Monitor patients closely during critical care
• Engage with family members to enhance care experience
Requirements:
• Master's in Nursing or Bachelor’s in Physician Assistant
• Valid Advanced Practice RN or PA License
• Certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS
• 3 years of experience in critical care preferred
• Excellent communication and clinical skills
