As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will collaborate with the Executive Housekeeper to maintain all areas of the casino to optimal cleanliness. You will lead and motivate the housekeeping team, ensuring tasks are executed according to Alberta Gaming & Liquor Commission standards. This role combines hands-on cleaning duties with supervisory responsibilities to foster a positive atmosphere for guests and employees alike.

Key Responsibilities:



• Oversee daily cleaning operations and staff performance • Conduct quality checks and address deficiencies • Train and develop housekeeping staff • Manage scheduling and timesheet adjustments • Ensure compliance with Casino standards and policies

Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent experience • Previous cleaning and supervisory experience • Familiarity with HR and compensation processes • Strong communication skills • Ability to perform cleaning tasks as required
