In this role, you’ll work alongside skilled instructional designers to create effective eLearning programs. Your primary tools will be Articulate Storyline and related technologies, focusing on interactivity and engagement. You will also assess learning outcomes and gather feedback to continuously improve content, ensuring compliance with accessibility requirements.

Key Responsibilities:



• Develop eLearning modules and job aids for learners • Engage with SMEs to refine content and structure • Create assessments that effectively measure knowledge retention • Manage content updates and project timelines • Test modules for functionality and accuracy in LMS

Requirements: • Degree in Education, Adult Learning or similar, plus 3 years’ experience • Bilingual proficiency in English and French • Expertise in SCORM/AICC/Tin Can standards • Strong skills in Articulate Storyline and video editing • Knowledge of HTML5 and Microsoft Office Suite
