Take a leading role at North Bay Regional Health Centre as a Project Coordinator in mental health initiatives. Focus on system integration and stakeholder collaboration to improve service accessibility.
The Project Coordinator will report directly to the Clinical Manager and support the implementation of the CIO-MHA Hub programs. A bachelor’s degree in a health-related discipline and extensive experience in Mental Health and Addiction are crucial. Applicants must demonstrate skills in communication, project management, and system-level planning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate Central Intake Ontario Mental Health and Addiction services
• Foster stakeholder relationships and consultations




• Gather community and patient insights for program development
• Oversee project charters, schedules, and budgets
• Standardize processes for long-term sustainability
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in relevant health disciplines
• Minimum 5 years in Mental Health and Addiction
• 3 years of healthcare leadership experience
• Change Management training strongly preferred
• Familiarity with Ontario’s healthcare system
