In this full-time position, you will oversee the rental processes, ensuring proper trailers and containers reach customers timely. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the full rental experience from inquiry to return
• Work alongside the General Manager on pricing strategies
• Listen to customer needs and recommend ideal solutions
• Coordinate driver scheduling for timely deliveries
• Perform inspections and maintain precise records
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing role
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with customers
• Robust detail orientation and organizational skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
