Position Details
Position: PAINTER
Number of Vacancies: 1
Job Type: Full-time, Term – 3 year
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Hours: 40 hours per week
Work Schedule: Day
Language of Work: English or French
Wage: $36.00
Overtime: Paid in accordance with applicable provincial employment standards
Vacation: 2 weeks

Main Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Prepare, clean, repair,



and seal surfaces for painting.
- Mix and apply paint, coatings, stains, varnish, and other finishes.
- Measure, cut, and install wallpaper or wall fabric.
- Assemble and erect scaffolding and swing stages.
- Perform general repairs involving plumbing, electrical, appliances, plaster, tiles, and carpentry.
- Maintain cleanliness of the building and surrounding areas.

Job Requirements
Education:
Secondary diploma

Experience:
1 to less than 2 years of experience

Language:
English or French
