This role requires interaction with clients and Investment Advisors, managing transactions, and maintaining client accounts. Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Investment Advisors on client transactions
• Directly execute trading orders for clients
• Compile client account information and statistics
• Maintain and process client documentation

Requirements:
• Must be licensed as an Investment Representative or Registered Representative
• 3-5 years of securities industry experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with outstanding attention to detail
• Familiarity with MS Office; knowledge of Salesforce and Dataphile is advantageous
