St. Michael's Hospital in Toronto offers to sponsor nurses registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario who are interested in the Cardiac ICU. Selected candidates will enter a 13-week program (11 weeks Michener) with a conditional offer of employment. The academic portion is completed virtually, with internal candidates completing a 60 tour (450 hour) trial before final confirmation. External candidates follow ONA probation terms.
