you are responsible for ensuring the continuity of hotel operations during the night while maintaining the accuracy and integrity of daily financial transactions.You play a key role both operationally and administratively, delivering professional guest service while completing system closures and preparing daily reports.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and verify daily financial transactionsIdentify discrepancies, adjust accounts, and update guest recordsBalance cash and complete end-of-day closing proceduresPrepare night audit and revenue reportsWelcome late arrivals and process early departuresAnswer calls and handle reservationsAddress guest requests and resolve concerns professionallyPerform front desk duties during the night shiftPrepare and communicate a detailed handover to the morning teamRelay guest requests and operational updates to day teamsPerform any other related duties as requiredQualificationsPrevious experience in hotel front desk operations (night audit experience is an asset)Strong communication and customer service skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage prioritiesHigh level of accuracy, autonomy, and attention to detailComfortable with computer systems and financial operationsBilingual in French and English (spoken and written) requiredKnowledge of FOSSE (an asset)About Urgo Hotels CanadaUrgo Hotels Canada is a leading hotel management and development company with over 40 years of expertise.
