About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Finance to lead the modernization of its accounting functions and drive the company's performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic financial planning, budgeting, and investment priorities, as well as for ensuring the timely and accurate execution of tactical financial tasks such as bank reconciliations, monthly reporting, and inventory controls. This role requires a blend of strategic and tactical thinking, with a focus on optimizing business processes and maintaining a high level of performance. The Vice President, Finance will also be involved in team development, promoting a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with all financial and reporting requirements.
