Help create a secure and respectful atmosphere as a Nighttime Safety Officer at Treehouse and Nest. Emphasizing communication and de-escalation will be key in this significant role.
In the position of Nighttime Safety Officer, you will safeguard the facility and ensure the well-being of staff and visitors during overnight hours. The role requires a blend of crisis intervention experience and strong interpersonal communication. You will be responsible for routine patrols, monitoring building security, and documenting all relevant activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with individuals during nighttime operations
• Patrol interior and exterior spaces regularly
• Ensure proper security of doors and alarms
• Use nonviolent communication for conflict resolution
• Support staff during emergencies after hours
Requirements:
• Preferred experience in security or crisis intervention
• Training in de-escalation techniques is strongly preferred
• Reliable and punctual, able to work independently
• Valid CPR/First Aid certification required
• Possession of a valid driver's license required
