Lead the organization's Finance function and ensure effective financial operations, governance, and alignment with organizational objectivesProvide financial guidance, analysis, reporting, and recommendations to executive leadershipDevelop financial models and business cases for initiatives, investments, and organizational prioritiesDirect general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and month-end/year-end close operationsOversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reportingEnsure regulatory, taxation, statutory, and accounting-standard complianceLead year-end audits and liaise with external auditorsLead annual budgeting and rolling forecast cycles and provide variance analysisOversee treasury operations, cash flow forecasting, liquidity, working capital, banking relationships, and investmentsDevelop and strengthen internal controls, financial governance, risk management, and compliance frameworksManage, coach, and develop the Finance teamCollaborate with People & Culture on payroll, workforce planning, and financial resourcesBuild financial capability across the organization and participate in strategic projectsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is requiredChartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation and registration in good standing are requiredMinimum 10+ years of progressive experience in Accounting / Finance roles3–5+ years of experience leading teamsExperience leading month-end and year-end close, external audits, and financial statement preparationExperience developing and improving financial processes, systems,
