- Support the project team in all administrative functions
- Support the on-site project accountant
- Support project managers in peer review of reports
- Compile reports in accordance with EllisDon expectations
- Answer incoming calls and direct them professionally
- Organize and coordinate meetings and prepare minutes
- Manage mail, room schedules, spreadsheets, and training materials
- Coordinate travel, events, meetings, and office moves
- Identify risks with construction management teams
- Help project teams present and report on risks
- Manage the risk register

Requirements

- 1–3 years of project coordination experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience on a construction site
- Solid attention to detail and proficiency in all MS Office applications
- Ability to quickly develop working relationships
- Interest in and knowledge of the construction industry is considered an asset
- Familiarity with construction terminology is considered an asset
