You will deliver exceptional care, conduct assessments, and coordinate with various departments to meet residents' needs. Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in the Verve Quality Improvement program
• Conduct health assessments and make recommendations




• Oversee medication administration and documentation

• Hold regular meetings and update staff on policies
Requirements:
• Valid nursing license in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with seniors
• Robust leadership and communication skills
