This senior-level position supports the Intelligence Mission Data initiative, emphasizing stakeholder collaboration and technical assistance in option analysis. You will develop requirement specifications, conduct workshops, and evaluate technical alternatives to ensure successful integration with existing systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and facilitate workshops for system use case development
• Develop detailed system specifications aligned with business needs
• Analyze technical alternatives for IM/IT systems appropriately




• Conduct assessments of proposed solutions for compliance
• Document meeting outcomes and prepare project reports
Requirements:
• Degree or Diploma in relevant fields such as engineering
• 10+ years experience assessing business requirements
• 7+ years developing system specifications and use cases
• Proficient in IBM Engineering Requirements Management DOORS
• Valid Top Secret clearance from PSPC
